The fifth “Elearning Conference on further education” and the Business Workshop that runs parallel has become one of the national leaders in the field of distance learning through virtual means and innovation.

This conference will be held in Valladolid on the 15th, 16th and 17th of September 2011 which will include national and international experts from this field and leading figures from this significant sector.

Registration for attending this event is now open and can be made through the official website for the conference www.elearningcyl.com.

One of the novelties of this edition is the implementation of an open call for papers that aims at providing an opportunity for participants of the conference and users of e- learning in general, to discuss recent developments in the world of training through the network.

 Proposals will be around the following areas of technology:
- e Book.
- Mobile
- Augmented Reality.
- Game-Based Learning.
- Gesture Based Computing.
- Learning Analytics.

The composition of proposals must be original and includes those that have not been previously submitted in connection with other conferences or congresses. The period for submitting proposals is now open.

One of the most important developments of the "V Jornadas e-Learning training for employment in public administration is that this year it will be open to the public. The congress and conferences for participants will be held all day Thursday and Friday morning. On Friday afternoon and Saturday morning there will be an open fair in which the leading companies in the sector will be present to show their range of products and services to the public.

Guidelines for proposals:

-Only original content.

- The conference proposals must be original and include ones that have not been previously submitted in connection with other conferences.

- The abstract of the paper should not exceed 2000 characters without spaces and must be accompanied by five key words (keywords); Both the abstract and keywords should be sent to conferencias@elearningcyl.com mail before June 30th, 2011, and notification of the proposals  that have been accepted will take place on July 15th, 2011.

- Languages accepted: The official languages of the V e-Learning Training for Employment in public administration. The organization will accept submissions in Spanish and English.

- In addition to the original language of communication, we recommend facilitating the translation of the title, keywords and abstract in the other official language of the conference, providing the participants have knowledge of the other language and in those cases that can be translated easily.

- Accepted papers must be accompanied by the title, an abstract in the original language of communication (Maximum 2000 characters with no spaces) and five key words (keywords)

- Format and length of presentations: For the submission of the paper the Springer format should be used. The easiest way is to download the template HERE with all the necessary details in order to do your report or simple use this paper as a template by replacing the content with your own material.

- How to send proposals: The proposals that are accepted should be sent by email and include the following in the email: the title of the presentation, abstract, keywords and full written paper. All submissions should be sent to this email.

- In order for the proposals that are sent to be accepted, the final and complete version of the paper should be sent. Under no circumstances will an incomplete paper be accepted nor those in which the abstract has not been sent previously.

- The deadline for receiving accepted contributions will be August 10th, 2011.
